Ocean Knoll Gala Donation Drive 2024

The Ocean Knoll Gala is an unforgettable OK community night out, and one of our biggest annual fundraisers.  The money raised from the Gala and Auction make our enrichment programs and grade level and class based experiences possible. Our goal is to raise $40,000 to help ensure continued funding of these programs in the 2024-2025 school year. 

Our “Disco in the Desert” Gala, on April 27, will have music, tacos, libations and lots of dancing. We will also provide a silent and live auction with some serious items to win!  

This is where YOU come in………..We simply cannot pull this off without our OK community support. We want this event to be both FUN and functional, so we need help with the FUNdraising.

Now through March 22, we are collecting donations for auction items.   

To donate an item, please fill out this form and hand it in to the office.  Past donations have included: 

*Vacation home rentals                      *Dining/Retail Gift Cards *Camps

*Surfboards/Skateboards                   *Wine/Spirits/Beer *Fitness/Wellness Packages

*Services from friends/family            *Concert/Sporting/Theatre tickets *Annual Passes                                    

We are also looking for Event Sponsors, mail oceanknollfundraising@gmail.com for details on how to sponsor!  If your family donates, there is a company match opportunity too!

As our heartfelt thank you, we will recognize your donation by:

 Platinum - $1000+:  

  • Your (company) name will be featured on a Thank You Banner hung on the Melba Road fence outside the school for the month of May 2024.  

  •  Recognition in the schoolwide newsletter, on the school marquee, a dedicated social media post.  

  •  Your (company) name will be featured on publicity at Event Check In, announced at the event, and on our auction website. 

  •  If this is an item donation, featuring your item in our silent or live auction at the event.   

  •  Two complimentary tickets to the Gala event. 

 Gold - $500-$999:  

  • Recognition in the schoolwide newsletter, on the school marquee, a dedicated social media post.  

  •  Your (company) name will be featured on publicity at Event Check In and on our auction website. 

  •  If this is an item donation, featuring your item in our silent or live auction at the event.   

 Silver - $100-$499:  

  •  Your (company) name will be featured on our auction website. 

  • If this is an item donation, featuring your item in our online auction.

 Bronze - up to $99:  

  •  Featuring your (company) name or item in our online auction/website. 

  • If this is an item donation, featuring your item in our online auction.
